Frontman for indie rockers The Veils, Finn Andrews has been working on a batch of songs for his forthcoming debut solo album 'One Piece At A Time' (to be released March, 2019).
The newest addition to his solo output is the hauntingly beautiful, aching ballad 'One By The Venom', a song that explores one of Finn's favourite songwriting sub-genres: the list song.
"I've always had a real thing about lists - this is a list of the many ways there are to meet your maker," Finn says about the song.
"I just started writing it on the tube and it became quite obsessive. There are another five or six verses I didn't use. The song was all recorded live and has a really fierce, little spirit."
