The 37th Port Fairy Folk Music Festival is only five weeks away and a world of music is on the wing. Happening on the Labour Day Long Weekend, 8 to 11 March. Port Fairy has announced additions to its official line-up this year.
Known for his bittersweet songwriting that has woven stories both strange and familiar into the pop vernacular, Tim Finn is in the line-up for this years Port Fairy Folk Music Festival. The New Zealand songwriter has released more than 20 albums from his time with Split Enz, Crowded House, The Finn Brothers and his numerous solo ventures.
Other new acts include Skipping Girl Vinegar, Jackson McLaren, Siskin River, Alanna & Alicia Egan and Shaun Kirk.
Third round tickets are disappearing fast as the world famous March festival draws ever nearer. The 37th Port Fairy Folk Music Festival welcomes almost 30,000 folk lovers of all ages with over 100 international and national acts for four days across 20 village venues.
