A 3,000 capacity, purpose-built entertainment complex set to host 120 music, arts and comedy performances in its first year, Northbridge Music Hall will open in the heart of Perth's premier entertainment destination the summer of 2026/27.
An investment from Live Nation in the "creative future" of live entertainment in Perth, Northbridge Music Hall will be located at 77 Francis Street and offer two distinct spaces. The main room and a smaller club space will both be equipped with state-of-the-art staging and production.Designed to fill a gap for mid-size venues in the city, Live Nation is looking to market Northbridge Music Hall as a key stop on Australian tour circuits – for both international artists as well as major national bands. While emerging local talent will have a space to foster community.
With plans to cater to a diverse audience across live music, arts and comedy, the venue projects 'to create at least 70 direct employment opportunities and pathways for industry professionals' while enhancing local businesses in Perth's hospitality and live music sectors.
"Northbridge Music Hall is set to become a cornerstone of Perth's cultural landscape and a dynamic space for live entertainment," Alex Klos, President, and Paul Piticco, Director of Touring and Venue Development, Live Nation Australasia said in a joint statement.
"Designed to welcome both rising talent and world-class performers, it's an investment in the city's creative future and we're excited to collaborate with the local arts community to create new opportunities for both performers and fans."
Northbridge Music Hall will join other Live Nation Australian live venues including Festival Hall in Melbourne and Brisbane's The Fortitude Music Hall.
