Grammy Award-winning US trio Paramore will touch down in Australia this November in celebration of their latest album ‘This Is Why’.
Hayley Williams, Zac Farro and Taylor York will hit Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and a portion of the ticket sales will be going to leading food rescue organisation OzHarvest to help reduce food waste, and create lasting positive social change.
As part of the tour, Paramore will play Sydney’s iconic Domain, in their biggest Australian headline show to date.
They’re currently taking their mammoth live show across North America, plus they joined Taylor Swift as the opener for her Eras Tour in Arizona, sold out Madison Square Garden for two shows, and blew crowds away at Bonnaroo, where Hayley Williams jumped on stage to play a surprise rendition of ‘My Hero!’ with Foo Fighters.
The band’s sixth album ‘This Is Why’ was released in February to critical acclaim and chart success. The title track marked Paramore’s first number one at US alternative radio, and was voted Hottest Record Of The Year by BBC Radio One listeners in the UK.
Fresh from stand-out performances at Beyond The Valley, Wildlands and Field Day, Californian singer-songwriter Remi Wolf will join the gang as special guest on all Australian dates.
Tickets go on sale from 6 July.
