For almost a decade, charity organisation One Of One has offered inspiration and provided light for many women and non-binary members of the Australian music industry.
With a focus to uplift and elevate 'the strong and diverse community of female and non-binary professionals making waves of change within the industry', in 2023 One Of One is rolling out its most expansive run of breakfast events.After beginning in Melbourne, this year sees invite-only affairs in Brisbane (for the first time), Darwin and Adelaide as well as ticketed events in Sydney and Melbourne.
"We're excited to once again host events in Darwin, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne and can't wait to meet the community in Brisbane," says event organisers.
"Whilst One Of One is essentially run by three directors (in our own time and in addition to our full-time jobs), we also engage with members of the community in each city to assist with producing the events and ensuring they are state-led.
"One Of One is here for the community, so we respond to what will work in each location.
"This year, for the first time ever, tickets will be on sale to the general industry for our events in Melbourne and Sydney. Previously these have been invite only, but we have listened to feedback and want to ensure more people can attend who may not have been invited in the past."

Tickets to the Melbourne and Sydney events are on sale. The Brisbane, Darwin and Adelaide gatherings are invite-only.
