Queensland artists, festivals and venues are invited to nominate across 20 categories for the 2025 Queensland Music Awards.
Produced and presented by QMusic, with more than 100 judges featuring national industry figures involved, the QMAs recognise and celebrate the brightest talent, alongside the incredible venues and festivals Queensland produces."Receiving Song of the Year at this year's QMAs is easily the biggest highlight of my career thus far," singer-songwriter Jem Cassar-Daley says. "To be surrounded by my peers and Brisbane's strong music community meant the absolute world to me and that night is full of moments I will never forget.
"As next year's Awards quickly approach, I encourage you all to nominate your releases. I always look forward to seeing Queensland musicians absolutely killing it and can't wait to see our artists getting the recognition they deserve."
With a history of not only celebrating the worldwide achievements of household names like Amy Shark, Keith Urban, The Veronicas and Sheppard, the QMAs also acknowledge the emerging talent Queensland has, with the likes of Cub Sport, Fisher & Kita Alexander, FELONY., Tori Forsyth, Busby Marou, and Tia Gostelow among the 2024 winners.
Award nominations for artists, filmmakers, festivals and venues close Thursday 7 November.
