AIR members are artists, labels and distributors across the full spectrum of music genres, ranging from small sole traders to some of the biggest independent operations in the country.

This year's awards will also see the introduction of a new category with the Independent Mix, Studio or Mastering Engineer of the Year Award joining the Industry categories.
This award will recognise the efforts of an Australian-based mix, studio or mastering engineer who worked on a member single, EP or album released during the eligibility period (1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024).
The AIR Awards will again be staged in Adelaide on 31 July alongside the Indie-Con Australia Conference at the Mercury Cinema (30 July to 1 August). As revealed at last year's awards, AIR will host A2IM's Indie Week Australian Edition as part of its events. This is the first time that A2IM will be holding their conference outside of the United States and 2025 marks their 20th Anniversary.
Early bird tickets will be on sale in March.
