The SA Music Awards are back to shine a spotlight on the talent in South Australia.
The awards exist to recognise, promote and celebrate excellence in the South Australian contemporary music industry, and take place annually in Adelaide.
The inaugural event took place as recently as November 2015, after previously being run as the Fowler’s Live Music Awards since 2012. Music SA took custodianship of the rebranded SA Music Awards in 2015, and continues to build and grow to this day.
Every year, there’s a star-studded red carpet full of SA musicians celebrating another year of national and international success. Music industry delegates from far and wide come to Adelaide each year to experience the distinctive awards ceremony.
This year, it’s time for a huge celebration of SA talent. Submit a nomination for yourself, a local talent, or someone you think deserves recognition for their work in SA’s vibrant music scene.
