No Doubt Reunite & Will Perform At Coachella 2024

No Doubt are getting back to together.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

All but dormant for the better part of the last two decades – aside from their 2012 comeback album 'Push And Shove' and sporadic touring until 2015 – No Doubt have surprised fans globally with news they're reforming.

The 'Don't Speak', 'Just A Girl' and 'It's My Life' rockers, who were at the height of the zeitgeist in the late '90s and early 2000s, have posted a video to their socials.

It features singer Gwen Stefani, who looks like she's giving a tour of her house, when she's asked about a collage hanging on a wall that just happens to be artwork from 'The Beacon Street Collection', No Doubt's second studio album from 1995.

After a surge of nostalgia and admitting the moment is bringing back "so many memories", she txts No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal (the pair dated in the early years of No Doubt) and before you can say "voila!", all four No Doubt members (including drummer Adrian Young and guitarist Tom Dumont) are together on a Zoom call with Stefani musing: "Wow, how are you? What are we doing – why do we not hang out?"

"Maybe we should do a show?" Young asks, before the other members quickly agree although Dumont needs a little convincing.

The band have followed up with another post announcing their appearance at Coachella 2024 joining the likes of Lane Del Rey, Tyler, The Creator, Dojo Cat and Blur. "Coachella 2024. We'll see you in the desert this April!!!" read the post.

While today's news has come from left field, Stefani did hint in late 2022 a No Doubt reunion could happen, telling The Wall Street Journal: "What are the odds of anything? I was just on 'The Drew Barrymore Show'. She was one of my favourite celebrities when I was a little girl, and now I was just on the show with her. Anything can happen.

"We haven't really talked about doing anything, but it feels like everyone is, right? All the '90s people – Blink-182 did an eight-month tour that sold out in like five minutes."
