Touted as a generational singer-songwriter, Nilüfer Yanya returns to Australia in 2026, her first concerts down under since 2019.
Currently touring the US with Alex G ahead of supporting Lorde on her UK tour in November, Yanya will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth next February.
Nilüfer will showcase her arresting aura and one of a kind voice, translating her lo-fi production and textured sound onstage with a live band.
The indie rock artist has released three studio albums – 'My Method Actor', 'Painless' and 'Miss Universe' as well as a slew of EPs, the most recent being 'Dancing Shoes' that dropped in July.
Written alongside a collection of tracks she re-approached with her creative partner Wilma Archer when she returned from touring 'My Method Actor', 'Dancing Shoes' features the singles 'Cold Heart' and 'Where To Look'.
Yanya, who has been remixed by Sampha, King Krule and Little Dragon and collaborated with Bombay Bicycle Club and Liss, has also opened for the likes of Adele, The xx and Mitski.
