triple j have introduced a brand new group of radio presenters for their breakfast team after the departure of Matt and Alex was announced.
Adelaide radio presenters Ben & Liam and journalist Brooke Boney will be joined by regular guests Australian Paralympian of the Year Dylan Alcott and comedian Gen Fricker. They'll bring music, comedy, sport, news and current affairs to radios across Australia in 2017.
Ben Harvey grew up on two and a half acres of South Australian country land, and Liam Stapleton did his first ever radio show at 15, on Adelaide community station Fresh 92.7. When Ben turned 18, he moved to the city and started volunteering on community radio, and Ben & Liam began.
Brooke Boney will be taking on an extended news and analysis role, and connecting the team with Hack and ABC News.
Dylan Alcott will present sports on Mondays and Fridays, as well as introducing new tunes and music news as the host of Weekend Arvos, which is at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
