Mumford & Sons 2019 Australia Tour

Mumford & Sons announce a January 2019 Australian tour.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.
Update - 20 December, 2018: Mumford & Sons have sold out their Qudos Bank Arena show in Sydney on 18 January; they have added a one-off, second Sydney performance at Enmore Theatre on 19 January.

Almost four years since their last studio album release, 'Wilder Mind', Mumford & Sons next month will release their new record, 'Delta', 16 November.

To celebrate, the band are embarking on a massive world tour (60 dates) that will include a January 2019 jaunt down under with shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

With new single 'Guiding Light' released last month, lead singer Marcus Mumford has said that 'Delta' represents a place where "order meets chaos and shelter meets wilderness".

Recorded over the past two years with Paul Epworth (Adele, U2, London Grammar) at his Church Studios in North London, 'Delta' aims to 'capture Mumford & Sons at their impassioned and muscular best'.

General tickets go on sale from 9am local time Friday 12 October. Click here for more information.
