Mountain Goat Valley Crawl 2024 Line-up

The annual indie pilgrimage of new music discovery, the ninth instalment of Mountain Goat Valley Crawl returns to Brisbane in 2024.

Slated to take over eight Fortitude Valley venues on 10 February, and with festival entry absolutely free, there's no reason not to unearth a swag of talent to overload your next playlist party.

Mountain Goat Valley Crawl alumni include Polish Club, WAAX, Tia Gostelow, Mallrat, Kwame, Cloe Terare, and The Terrys, so it's highly likely you'll spend quality time with some of Australia's next big indie acts.

With 40 bands-artists scheduled to perform in 2024, the line-up is co-headlined by a trio of acts already making waves at a national level.

Punk act These New South Whales (who were recently nominated for Best Hard Rock / Heavy album at 2023 ARIA Awards), indie pop-soul singer-songwriter Mia Wray (whose 2023 single 'Monster Brain' has racked up two-million-plus Spotify streams) and indie rockers Peach Fur (fresh from their headline national tour supporting debut album 'Earth Radio') are the festival's 2024 highlight acts.

The beauty of Mountain Goat Valley Crawl is the ability to curate your own dream festival schedule, with each venue within walking distance of each other promoting venue hopping especially given the line-up is stacked with talent.

Some of the scenestr picks include Asha Jefferies, Chutney, Flamingo Blonde, Jet City Sports Club, Oscar The Wild, Platonic Sex, RAAVE Tapes, Coldwave, FELONY., Ghost Mutt, King Ivy, SAMMM., Selve and Yawdoesitall.

"Oooh la la. The Chut will be hittin' the Valley for the Mountain Goat Valley Crawl," shares Gold Coast groovers Chutney. "This line-up is stacked nice and high and it's also FREE. Stamp this in your 2024 planners."

Adelaide indie darlings Oscar The Wild are amped to join the action, having just released their new EP 'She'll Be Right'. "Brissy/ Meanjin! We're SO keen to be coming back for Mountain Goat Valley Crawl alongside this incredible line-up!"

Local moody pop-rockers Ghost Mutt are also a wee lil excited to be playing the festival in 2024. "CALL US FELICIA 'CAUSE WE GOT THAT GOAT.

Although free to attend, music lovers must register to be part of the 2024 Mountain Goat Valley Crawl action.

2024 Mountain Goat Valley Crawl takes place at various Fortitude Valley venues (Brisbane) 10 February – and it's FREE to attend.
