More Acts Announced For Caxton Street Seafood Festival

The Strums have been added to the Caxton Street Seafood Festival line-up
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

The 20th annual Caxton Street Seafood & Wine Festival has released its third round of artist announcements, with the addition of a new stage to accompany them.


The 'Triple M New Music Stage' will be opening at the Caxton Hotel, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the festival. The stage will primarily feature new talent and rising stars, with its line-up including Sydney's Dead In A Second, Brisbane locals The Strums and Diva Demolition, energy packed 1.1.1, the soul of Nyssa Berger, and Chasing The Jeffrey from North Queensland.



A number of other performers have been announced for existing stages, such as Dan England, Azukaa and The Afro Reggae Band spread out on the Hale Street and Petrie Terrace stages, and Gambit, Johny Laytex, Steel Wheel Sensei, Indie Andy and Trademark DJs gracing the Caxton Street Beats stage.

These additions join the likes of Wolfmother, Slim Jim Phantom, Sheppard, Ella Hooper, Eurogliders, Tyrone Noonan and Pludo to celebrate a fantastic Queen's Birthday weekend full of fresh seafood, street food, wine and ale.

The Caxton Street Seafood & Wine Festival is on Sunday June 8.
