Mondo Generator's Nick Oliveri Adds More Solo Dates To Australian Tour

Nick Oliveri
National Music Editor, based in Brisbane, Australia.
'Passionate about true crime docos, the Swannies, golf and sleep, I’ve been writing about music for 20-plus years. What I’ve learnt? There’s two types of music – good and bad.’

With former QOSTA and Kyuss multi-instrumentalist Nick Oliveri already headed to Brisbane to headline Mojo Burning, he will also branch out with a string of Australian solo dates.

The Mondo Generator frontman – who has also been associated with The Dwarves and worked alongside rock royalty like Mark Lanegan, Turbonegro and Desert Sessions – is excited to get back to the Land of Oz.

“I told you I'd back [sic] for a sing-along! Australia: the best crowds, the best beer, Rose Tattoo, AC/DC, Hard-Ons, Tumbleweed. What's not to love?! Can't wait to hang with all me mates!”

Known for often playing naked on stage – and no stranger to controversy – Nick's live show will be packed with hits and good times on the back of latest vinyl effort, 'N.O Hits At All Vol. 1', due for release 27 January.
