The male-led movement working to end violence against women holds an evening of live music at Capulet Bar, Fortitude Valley on Monday November 25.
The Oath asks attendees to support the White Ribbon charity by "swearing" to stop violence against women and features live performances from Brother Fox and Meredith.
The evening also includes a raffle of prizes donated from local businesses with all proceeds going to White Ribbon. It is one of many events taking place across the country in support of the UN Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
"One in three Australian women has experienced physical or sexual violence in her lifetime," says The Oath organiser, Laura Allen. "This could be your mother, sister, daughter or friend. So by supporting The Oath you will be joining us on the path of prevention and change."
White Ribbon also encourages people to get involved via their website, where they can sign the "My Oath" campaign.
The Oath is held at Capulet Bar on Monday November 25.
