'Sacred To Start' TikTok sensation, US singer-songwriter Michael Marcagi will make his live debut in Australia in 2024.
Only releasing his debut single 'The Other Side' December 2023, and his debut EP 'American Romance' in February, the Cincinnati native who formerly fronted the band Heavy Hours will headline shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in July."[I'm] travelling very far from home to Australia and New Zealand for some shows this summer," posted Michael; unfortunately mate, that's winter in the southern hemisphere, lol!
A following fostered through grassroots social media, Marcagi's folk-rock, timeless Americana compositions have now connected with millions of fans and seen him sign a major record deal with Warner Records.
This deal led Marcagi to work with producer with David Baron (Lana Del Rey, The Lumineers, Shania Twain) on the 'American Romance' EP. "Thank you for all the support you have given me so far. This all feels like a dream and I'm scared I'm gonna wake up."
