The last few months have seen Megadeth's homepage feature a countdown clock.
Megadeth fans expected/ hoped/ wanted it to be a ticking deadline for a release date regarding the band's new album. And it was.
The new record, 'Dystopia', (which is set for release 22 January, 2016) will mark the recording debut of the band's new line-up, with founding members Dave Mustaine (guitar, vocals) and David Ellefson (bass) alongside Chris Adler (Lamb Of God drummer) and guitarist Kiko Loureiro, from Brazilian power-metal band, Angra. Both were recruited when Chris Broderick and Shawn Drover parted ways, who have since launched a new project called Act Of Defiance.
To add to the excitement in 777,600 seconds... roughly, Megadeth will be landing in Perth to kick-off their Australian tour!
