We know you're upset about Blur dropping out of the Big Day Out, but if they were replaced with Beady Eye, The Hives and Deftones, would that ease your pain?
These three bands aren't entirely unexpected — AJ Maddah had teased that two of the bands would be European and one would be American, Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye are a screamingly obvious choice to replace Blur (assuming your memories of Blur date back to the height of their Britpop war with Oasis), and while The Hives and Deftones might not have quite the same following as Damon Albarn and co, they are the sort of bands that absolutely kill on a festival stage.
So, is this enough to stop you refunding your tickets?
