At the exact moment in human history that the word 'twerk' reaches saturation point, Diplo has announced plans to set a record for the most people twerking in the same place this weekend in New York.
This is it, people — we have officially hit Peak Twerk.
Of course, Diplo was way ahead of the curve on this one, popularising the art of twerking through his Major Lazer project while Miley Cyrus was still cashing Hannah Montana cheques.
