What more could you want while lazing about with friends and family in a chocolate coma than a soundtrack that caters to everyone's tastes.
With the countdown compiled using feedback from industry experts, chart ratings and song popularity, MAX viewers are also invited to help shape the countdown by voting for their favourite songs (with voters in the running to win $5,000 in prizes).
The countdown will be hosted by two of Australia’s most successful and loved radio hosts: Brendan 'Jonesy' Jones and Amanda Keller.
These two are heading into their 14th year of hosting the breakfast show on WSFM 101.7 (Sydney). "Jonesy and I don’t always agree on which songs should be where in the countdown," Amanda says, "but that’s part of the fun.
"It’s always so interesting to see where your favourite songs place in a countdown like this, and I can’t wait to see who makes it to the top ten and takes out the number one spot."
Last year’s winner was AC/DC’s ‘It’s A Long Way To The Top’ with ‘You’re The Voice’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ coming second and third respectively.
