An esteemed blues guitarist who has performed alongside Buddy Guy and Robben Ford, British musician Matt Schofield is returning to Australia later this year.
The Matt Schofield Trio will headline performances in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne as well as appearing at Way Out West and Port Noarlunga Blues Festival.Now based in the US, Matt (a three-time British Blues Guitarist Of The Year recipient) will be joined by Jonny Henderson (keys/ bass) and Evan Jenkins (drums).
Schofield's other accolades include winning Mojo Magazine's 'Blues Album Of the Year' and named in Guitar & Bass Magazine's 'Top Ten British Blues Guitarist Of All Time' alongside Eric Clapton and Peter Green.
