Hardcore electronic punks Machine Girl return to Australia this winter.
Already playing Dark Mofo, and with percussionist Sean Kelly on live drums and Lucy Caputi on guitar adding to Matt Stephenson's unrelenting digital barrage, Machine Girl will headline concerts in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in June.Machine Girl attract a diverse gathering of fans, uniting ravers, metalheads, gamers, goths and industrialists with a style that doesn't fit any particular genre.
Part rave, part glitch, an anime hallucination that could soundtrack a dystopian noise nightmare that's glued together with a lot of attitude, Machine Girl is an attack of the senses.
A six-album discography that began with 2014's 'WLFGRL' has produced such hits like 'うずまき', 'Athoth A Go!! Go!!', 'Because I'm Young Arrogant And Hate Everything You Stand For', 'Xleepy', 'Ghost', 'Frenesi', 'Out By 16, Dead On The Scene' and 'Krystle' as well as 'Scroll Of Sorrow', 'This Is Your Face On Dogs', 'Status', 'Congratulations', 'C_MGRL', and 'Cloud99 (As Above Mix)'.
Currently signed to Australian label Future Classic, last year Machine Girl delivered their newest studio album, 'MG Ultra' that features the cuts 'Until I Die', 'Psychic Attack' and 'Grindhouse'.
