'Baby Blue' and 'Starting Line' artist, Luke Hemmings will make his Australian solo headline tour debut in 2024.
The lead singer-guitarist of Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds Of Summer, Luke brings his 'Nostalgia For A Time That Never Existed' tour to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in June. "The boy is going on tour. Hope to see you all there x," shares Luke who recently released the single 'Shakes', the first song shared from his forthcoming EP 'Boy' – his first new solo material since the 2021 release of his debut record 'When Facing The Things We Turn Away From' (which also featured the singles 'Saigon', 'Place In Me' and 'Mum').
"'Shakes' was written on a dreary NYC evening in between long periods of being on the road," begins Luke. "This made it come naturally to write from a melancholy place and feeling of yearning to be back home and feeling lonely and emotionally depleted.
"There is a longing for love and self-acceptance in the lyrics and I hope it to be a song and feeling that anyone listening can find themselves in and attach their own story."
Tickets on sale from 12pm (local time) on 18 March.
