Lefty's Music Hall in Brisbane is serving up a host of free, live music performances on Thursdays from early next month.
Supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland, Lefty's will host West End reggae-rock band Kurilpa Reach (10 September) who'll be showcasing their new single 'PIT'.Gold Coast singer-songwriter DVNA will be previewing tracks from her new EP 'All My Friends' (17 September), while old-school funk, reggae, ska and indie rock octet The Steele Syndicate unveil their latest creation, new single 'Gotta Go To Uni' (1 October).
Meanwhile, future-funk, nu-disco, nu-soul, acid-jazz outfit HRBRT will have a stack of new tunes to road test (8 October), before one of Brisbane's music icons, Ben Ely and band play a set (15 October).
Located on Caxton Street in Brisbane, Lefty's embodies Old West Americana, evoking the decadent saloons of the frontier.
