Surrounding yourself with attractive, naked women has always been a solid marketing tool, but it seems like the world's musicians have only just figured this out.
Following Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' and Justin Timberlake's 'Tunnel Vision' clips — both of which attracted a YouTube ban, the must-have status symbol for today's discerning musician — Beady Eye have released a video for 'Shine A Light', which includes scenes of a non-plussed Gallagher laying down amongst a throng of nude, adoring women.
(The #Thicke hashtag doesn't make an appearance, but it probably should.)
While it didn't seem so odd to see Thicke or Timberlake surrounded by female admirers (the Timberlake video, in particular, could have been a documentary), it's not such a great fit for the ageing Brit popper (especially as he finds himself embroiled in a paternity scandal). See for yourself:
