One of rock's more colourful figures of the past 30 years, Mr Liam Gallagher is headed to Australia for a run of headline shows (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle) as well as a couple of festival dates (Fairgrounds and Meredith).
With the impending release of his new second solo record, 'Why Me? Why Not?' (out 20 September) and fresh off his Glastonbury performance, Liam will be armed with new bangers 'Shockwave' and 'The River' as well as material from his debut solo album, 2017's 'As You Were'.
"I'm not doing this to be more famous, I'm f...ing famous enough – you know what I mean," Liam says in recent doco 'As It Were'. "I'm not doing it for the money. I joined a band because I love music."
Also on offer for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane fans will be a stoic support set from independent Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Cinnamon, in the country to spruik his debut album 'Erratic Cinematic'.
