British synthwave, indie pop singer-songwriter Laurel will tour Australia in 2025.
The 'Scream Drive Faster', 'Best I Ever Had' and 'Life Worth Living' hitmaker will play a trio of east-coast headline shows next month. "Australia ❤️🔥 I'm coming on tour this March!! 🎀 I'll be playing three intimate shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney."Last down under in 2023 for Groovin The Moo and a number of side shows, this run of concerts celebrates Laurel's 2024 album 'Palpitations' that contains the single 'Change'. The record's artwork features Laurel shirtless holding a lamb while standing in a muddy pond.
"I told everyone that I just wanted to cuddle a lamb for the day, but actually there is real meaning behind it all," shares Laurel. "The lamb represents the purity of the heart, held over my chest, almost in a biblical way.
"The quarry symbolises manmade dirt, destruction, yet also materials for building, its stark, naked and beautiful. The heart, so pure, innocent and emotional, living in this manmade harsh world."
Tickets are on sale.
