Icelandic-Chinese jazz-pop singer-songwriter and 2024 Grammy Award winner, Laufey returns to Australia in 2024.
The 'From The Start', 'Falling Behind', 'Valentine' and 'Let You Break My Heart Again' hitmaker will headline concerts in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney in September."I'm bringing The Goddess Tour to Asia and Australia. I can't wait for these shows," beams Laufey, who won Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at 2024 Grammys for her sophomore album 'Bewitched'.
In only a short number of years, Laufey has enthralled a global following with two billion streams across all platforms and is currently the most-streamed artist from Iceland.
With her debut album 'Everything I Know About Love' (featuring 'Valentine' and 'Falling Behind' as well as 'Fragile', 'Beautiful Stranger' and 'Slow Down') released in 2022, fans quickly fell in love with Laufey and her warm nostalgia tones and soul-soothing vocals.
'Bewitched' – which features 'From The Start' as well as 'Dreamer', 'Lovesick', 'Promise' and the title track – set the record for the biggest debut week by a jazz album on Spotify, as well as reaching #1 on Billboard's Jazz Chart. Laufey's newest release is last month's single 'Goddess'.
