Laneway Festival 2023 Line-up

L-R top to bottom: FINNEAS, Joji, HAIM, Phoebe Bridgers

After a couple of years away (for the obvious reasons), 2023 sees the return of Laneway Festival who'll be celebrating its 18th birthday with parties in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth.

The 2023 line-up is peppered with international talented led by indie power sibling trio HAIM as well as 'Yeah Right' and 'Glimpse Of Us' superstar Joji, with both acts appearing exclusively at Laneway.

Then there's American folk-rock-pop singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers ('Motion Sickness', 'Kyoto), American singer-songwriter and record producer FINNEAS, and Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C. (who released their third album 'Skinty Fia' earlier this year).

Don't sleep on Fred Again.., Girl In Red, Slowthai, Turnstile, 100 Gecs, Chaos In The CBD and Knucks either.

Locally singer-rapper Mallrat leads the way alongside Kiwi indie charmers The Beths as well as Adam Newling, Harvey Sutherland, Jacoténe, Jamesjamesjames, Logic1000, Sycco, Tasman Keith and The Lazy Eyes.

Aside from Brisbane, each city will also relocate to a new venue with the Melbourne leg moving from its home in Footscray (due to redevelopment) to the newly developed The Park in Flemington that features loads of green space and shade as well as a train station onsite.

Adelaidians will be treated to a new site at Bonython Park, while Sydneysiders will get to party at Sydney Showground. While out west, the recently revamped Wellington Square in Perth's CBD will be the new home for Laneway in 2023.

"The Laneway Festival team is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the patron and artist experience and each of the sites will allow us to bring in A-plus production and facilities. We are absolutely pumped to host music fans and our favourite ever line-up on these new sites," Danny Rogers, Laneway Festival co-founder, says.

Tickets on sale from 9am (local time) 29 September.
