Seal and Delta Goodrem have departed 'The Voice', to be replaced by Kylie Minogue and will.i.am. Sure, why not?
"I wanted this window of time to focus on a number of exciting career priorities," said Seal, who we appreciate a lot more now that he's being replaced by a Black Eyed Pea. "A new album, a TV and internet project, and, most importantly, precious time with my children."
While Seal is walking away from coaching random Aussie singers altogether, Delta Goodrem will stay involved in another capacity, joining 'The Voice Kids' alongside Joel Madden. (Madden will continue to pull double duties on 'The Voice' and 'The Voice Kids'.)
As you'd expect, Minogue and will.i.am say they're "honoured" and "excited" to sit in the spinning chairs.
"Australia is a highly creative country," said Will, no doubt already salivating at all the Flume tunes he can plagiarise, "and a place with many good memories that have shaped my music career."
"I look forward to spending time in Australia," said Minogue, "getting up close and personal with new talent and working alongside three amazing artists: Ricky, Joel and will.i.am."
That's that, then.
