An icon of American gospel music, Kirk Franklin will undertake his debut tour of Australia this summer.
The winner of a staggering 20 Grammy Awards (including x5 Best Gospel Album, x3 Best Gospel Song), Franklin will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth this December.A career spanning 3 decades, releasing 13 studio albums, Franklin has been a transformative force in contemporary gospel music blending soul, R&B, hip hop and pop, and was one of the inaugural inductees into the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame in 2021.
In October 2023, Franklin released his album 'Father's Day' featuring the #1 hit single 'All Things', which earned him his 20th Grammy Award at the 2024 ceremony for Best Gospel Performance/Song.
Last month he released the soul-stirring new single 'Do It Again' as well as his own series 'Den Of Kings' that explores fatherhood and other personal topics with male guests including D.C. Young Fly, Kountry Wayne, and Devale Ellis.
