New reports have emerged that suggest Justin Bieber's Florida arrest for driving under the influence might not be an open-and-shut case.
It was originally believed that Miami police stopped L'enfant Terrible while he was intoxicated and drag racing a Lamorghini at speeds of 55 to 60 miles per hour.
It's now being reported, however, that Bieber's blood alcohol content was just .014, nowhere near the legal limit of .08.
In even worse news, GPS evidence from the Biebs' Lamborghini suggests he didn't even make it to 30 miles per hour.
It all seemed too good to be true, didn't it?
