Justin Bieber's Australian fans have obviously had a huge impact on him.
"I don't know if I've ever been to Australia," the 20-year-old pop star told a deposition hearing in the US recently. Unable to answer the question, he then turned to a member of his entourage and asked: "Have I been to Australia?"
Bieber toured Australia less than six months ago, a trip that made international headlines when he decorated the exclusive QT hotel in Surfers Paradise with graffiti.
Bieber was questioned for four hours on March 6 about an incident last June, when he allegedly instructed his bodyguard to beat up a photographer.
Other highlights from the taped deposition include the moment when he storms out of the room after being asked a question about Selena Gomez; tactful responses like "I object" and "I don't have to listen to anything you have to say" that will definitely endear him to the court; and the time he describes himself as "detrimental to my own career" when he clearly meant to say "instrumental".
