One of the biggest names in global EDM, American DJ-producer John Summit is headed to Australia.
The house-techno artist – who has owned stages at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland, and Electric Daisy Carnival – will headline concerts in Melbourne and Sydney early April. With nearly a billion streams globally and two #1 US dance radio hits, Summit's catalogue includes dance-floor bangers 'Deep End', 'Where You Are', 'La Danza', 'Better Than This', 'Shiver' and 'Go Back'. His remix of The Temper Trap's 'Sweet Disposition' is pure fire.
John's current single is titled 'Focus' and features Australian artist CLOVES. "I haven't been this hyped about a single in a while. When CLOVES reached out to me with the song idea I was hooked immediately and produced it out overnight for my Art Basel set.
"It has a chiller vibe than my usual stuff, so I didn't expect much but it got such a good reaction I knew right away this one was special ✨."
Summit continues to dominate the dance music scene, having recently conquered iconic venues like Los Angeles' Kia Forum – with three sold-out headline shows – and New York's Madison Square Garden (which sold out in under two hours).
John has also teamed up with long-time friend Dom Dolla, to create the Everything Always event series with the duo set to headline Ultra Miami this March.
Tickets on sale from 2pm AEDT on 6 February.
