After appearing as part of the Summersalt Festival through many regional areas in the summer, John Butler will return to tour life this May-June with a massive 16-date tour through major cities and regional areas.
With a trio of shows (Toowoomba, Bundaberg and Cairns) already announced, but forced to be rescheduled to late May, John has added intimate performances in some of his favourite, iconic theatres across the east coast followed by a run of WA dates.“I'm really, really looking forward to this tour," beams John, Australia's highest selling independent artist of all time.
"It's been a wacky ol' year for all of us in so many ways and to be able to go out and play music for the community and myself feels like a bit of good healing.
"When I take a look around the world and see how hard some folks are doing it at the moment, this feels like a huge privilege."
John will venture to Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns and host of other regional Queensland townships plus an evening at Melbourne's iconic Palais Theatre, before he returns home for seven WA dates.
Tickets go on sale from 9am local tome 19 April. More information.
