American artist Jack Kays will make his Australian live debut this summer.
Known for a raw, heartfelt style incorporating punk, rock, folk and alternative tones that explore mental health, isolation, and addiction themes, the Cincinnati native will headline concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in January."Every time I go on tour I wonder if anyone will actually show up and every time you guys blow me away," Jack says, who can play ten instruments.
Since releasing his debut album 'Mixed Emotions' and collaborative EP 'My Favorite Nightmares' (that features Travis Barker drumming) in 2021, Kays has amassed 400 million global streams.
Jack, a culinary chef, released his sophomore album 'Deadbeat - Disc 1' in August featuring the singles 'Blow It', 'Get A Job!', 'Deadbeat!' and 'Tether'; his hits include 'Morbid Mind', 'Bottom Of The Bottle', 'Sideways', 'Outrun Myself' and 'Caffeine'.
