While it's still six months away from release, DZ Deathrays have offered another serving from their new studio album 'Positive Rising: Part 2'.
A song that took Shane Parsons six attempts to write in different keys "to try [and] see where it would go" (he eventually went back to the original demo), 'All Or Nothing' showcases the group's rollicking brashness while introducing an introspective aspect to their songwriting."It's reminiscent of touring life and the idea that something like a guitar can bring so much joy and adventure to our lives," Parsons explains.
"It's the flip side to some of the other tracks [on the new album] that look out into the world: this one looks into our little world."
'Positive Rising: Part 2' is DZ Deathrays fifth studio album and is due for release on 9 July, 2021. Pre-order it.
