I sound like... Someone who lives in the country or on a boat at sea... When I really just live in a small suburban apartment.
My first gig was... At a funeral.
When did you settle on the group's name, and was it a unanimous decision... Just went with my own name, and yes it was unanimous :)
In the studio I... Enjoy a scotch or two just to relax the vocal chords of course... Which I did while recording my debut album a few weekends ago... it’s coming soon.
If I could tour with anyone... I would. So if you are looking for a support artist please get in touch. Thanks :)
Social media is... Something my feelings change towards day to day. I tend to binge on it, using it when I think it's ok and boycotting it when I’m fearing for the future of communication.
My favourite app at the moment is... Polish Word of the Day.
To date, my most embarrassing moment was the time... I was three sails to the wind at one of my all time favourite bands, The Gin Club's gig. I requested aloud a song of theirs to which they replied "we just played that song"!
Life on the road can be... A very humbling experience. Meeting likeminded people always seems to inspire my passion for music.
If you'll have me on your bill, all I ask is that my rider contains... an enchilada from El Taco or chilli con carne and/ or just a few beers.
The most scary scenario I've found myself in, was... Driving 60kph straight into a power post after being clipped by another driver. Then a guy came and grabbed me out of the car because live power lines were down. Scary.
What celebrity/ famous person would you love to be spokesperson of the band... Neil Young. Big inspiration and a great spokesperson.
A youthful Neil Young
Three people you'd like to invite around for a dinner party... Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Paul Kelly. To pick their brains about songwriting. Not sure how far I'd get though.
Paul Kelly
If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Chicken burritos.
No matter the expense, send me a case of... Vintage wine from fine, older kegs.
The last time I saw the inside of a gym was... A squash session with my brother-in-law 12 or so years ago.
What's the one chore you dislike the most? Paying bills.
