Introducing Sydney Artist Arky Waters

Arky Waters is a Sydney-based indie artist.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

The frontman for Sydney alt-rock band Silvers, Arky Waters has leaned into his solo productions exploring electronic soundscapes with a slew of singles in 2021.

Inspired by the likes of Whatsonot and Jamie xx, Arky's latest release is the blippy, trippy, dank and dark production 'Telepath'.

"I don't believe in sticking to a genre. Why? I make what I want to make and people will feel something if it is true no matter what it is.

"I just want to be honest in my approach and make things I'm really excited about."

In terms of what's in store for the future? "The live show is where I thrive musically," Arky says.

"I'm most excited for the shows coming up – and with that plenty of new music."
