Quatro is a dynamic young female group of musicians playing a mixture of modern, Celtic and crossover styles.
With a number of primetime TV appearances as well as performing at the Tamworth Country Music Festival under their belts, Quatro will support Round Mountain Girls this weekend at Live At Bond.
Who is Quatro? We are an edgy one of a kind quartet who sing as well. We came together back in 2010 and are shooting for the stars.
We sound like... Nothing you have heard before — exciting, new and mesmerising.
Our first gig was... At one of our mum’s office party. Our second was at a retirement home.
When did you settle on the group's name, and was it a unanimous decision... It took a few weeks to come up with. We are very glad we didn't go with some of our first ideas. It was actually an idea from one of our mums!
In the studio we usually... Work hard until we get hungry or sleepy or start talking and forget we are supposed to be working.
If we could tour with anyone... It would be Coldplay! We all went to the Coldplay concert and have fallen in love.
Social media is... Awesome! What a great new way to get out there. We love seeing what people think of our videos and music and love sharing it with everyone.
My favourite app at the moment is... Probably Facebook.
To date, our most embarrassing moment was the time... We had a gig for a school function back in the day and we had to try and keep a straight face while our teachers drank a little too much.
Life on the road can be... Very interesting. You learn a lot about someone, especially stuff you do not want to learn, when you are trapped in a car with them for many hours at a time.
If you'll have us on your bill, all we ask is that our rider contains... We're not fussy, we eat anything and everything.
The most scary scenario we've found ourselves in, was... When we had one gig and three people actually fell over in front of us during the period of one hour. We were trying to figure out why we kept making people fall over.
What celebrity/ famous person would you love to be spokesperson of the band... Jennifer Lawrence because she's awesome and reminds us of us.
