Over the past 12 months rapper and producer duo Lane-Harry x Ike Campbell have shaken up the Australian music industry to a whole new level.
After releasing their debut album, 'Love & Terror Cult', at the end of 2013 rapper and producer duo Lane-Harry x Ike Campbell released a mixtape titled 'DMT', which gained the attention of fans worldwide including: Lorde, 360, Matt Corby and Chet Faker.
Now one of those new fans have turned into an invitation to tour, with Lane-Harry and Ike Campbell supporting 360 for the Queensland leg of his ‘Utopia Regional Tour’ and huge headline show at Eatons Hill Hotel in Brisbane this weekend.

We sound like… We are really influenced by Kanye West and Childish Gambino.
Our first gig was... The Cave in Nobbys Beach on the Gold Coast.
When did you settle on the group's name, and was it a unanimous decision... I met Ike back in high school; we were going to have a ‘band’ name but seeing the success of Macklemore x Ryan Lewis it gave us confidence to just use our own name.
In the studio we usually... Get in a creative space while chilling out and having some drinks.
If we could tour with anyone... Schoolboy Q – he influences our live shows and he seems like a rad dude to hang out with.
Schoolboy QSocial media is... A great way for us to directly communicate with our fans. I love getting Snapchats and Facebook messages from fans.
Our favourite app at the moment is... Ike has a serious addiction to ‘Temple Run 2’.
To date, my most embarrassing moment was the time... Ike read some article that said if you scream “help” just before you sneeze then it prevents you from sneezing. He tested the theory on a packed plane when we were heading home from Melbourne.
Life on the road can be... Wheely good.

The most scary scenario we've found ourselves in, was... We had a fight to the death with a grizzly bear just prior to answering this question. What celebrity/ famous person would you love to be spokesperson of the band... Russell Brand because he is so charismatic and speaks his mind. Louis CK would be a great spokesperson too, he’s a real dude.

If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? Chicken parmigiana, that’s like the only decent thing I can make in a kitchen.
No matter the expense, send me a case of... Visvim clothes, they’re a clothing label from Japan. John Mayer wears their stuff all the time, just really simple designs but amazing materials.
The last time we saw the inside of a gym was... We don’t get to go to the gym too often with our schedule, but we went in ‘bout a week ago.
What's the one chore you dislike the most? Grooming the emu.
