'Over And Over' and 'Ready For The Floor' electro, synthpop lords Hot Chip will make their way down under in late 2022 with shows in Brisbane and Sydney.
With the London band set to release their eighth studio album 'Freakout/Release' next month, they've already released the singles 'Down' and 'Eleanor'.Their 2006 album 'The Warning' was nominated for a Mercury prize, while their 2008 hit single 'Ready For The Floor' was nominated for a Grammy.
"Our new song 'Eleanor' is about the world smashing into you, waves crashing into you, all-encompassing pain, and how you have to walk through it," Hot Chip says.
"The track has a sense of euphoria to it, and what better day to release that into the world than the day that Boris Johnson resigns."
Tickets on sale from 9am (local time) on 21 July.
