Fresh off the release of their newest studio album, 'The Great Expanse', and run of headlining performances at Groovin The Moo (not to mention their support of Eminem earlier this year), Hilltop Hoods have announced a massive global tour that will visit 14 countries including a home-leg in August.
With shows set for Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, this is the Hoods' first headline tour since their massively successful 2016 'Restrung Tour'.
And with 'The Great Expanse' becoming the group's sixth album to debut at #1 on the ARIA Album chart (an ARIA record), support for Australia's hip hop royalty has never been stronger.
“Our music and the creative vibe changes with it," Pressure told us in February.
"Working with a number of different collaborators on the new record… it’s definitely our most collaborative album. You work with people, you see how they go about things and subconsciously it changes the way you go about things."
Special guests on the national tour are Mojo Juju (who impressed with her 2018 album ‘Native Tongue’), 22-year-old emerging rapper Shadow (signed to the Hoods' Golden Era Records imprint) and respected DJ Nino Brown.
General public tickets go on sale at 10am (local time) Monday 20 May. Click here for more information.
