Heaps Good Music Festival Expands Adding Melbourne & Brisbane Events

Heaps Good music festival expands to include Melbourne and Brisbane alongside inaugural city Adelaide.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

After staging a debut event in Adelaide last summer, one-day music festival Heaps Good is expanding to include additional events in Melbourne and Brisbane.

The inaugural festival in Adelaide featured Arctic Monkeys, Peggy Gou, CHVRCHES and Jamie xx alongside local heroes Ocean Alley, Spacey Jane, G Flip and others.

Set to take over Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne (31 December) and Sandstone Point north of Brisbane (2 January) before a return to Adelaide Showground on 6 January, promoters (the same team behind Splendour) are promising to bring the party overflowing with heaps good feels.

"The inaugural Heaps Good was such a great day and we're thrilled to take it on the road to more music lovers around the country over the coming New Year," Heaps Good producer Paul Piticco says.

"Heaps Good is all about keeping it simple. . . single-day shows in convenient locations with great artists and your best mates."

Stay tuned for the artist line-up that will be revealed soon.
