Four years removed from their last Down Under adventure, English rockers Happy Mondays are set to return to Australia this October.
To headline concerts in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle, this visit is part of the group's Twenty Four Hour Party People - Greatest Hits Tour.Led by frontman Shaun Ryder, Happy Mondays fans can expect all the Madchester and indie acid-house-rock hits including 'Step On', 'Kinky Afro', 'Loose Fit', 'Hallelujah' and of course 'Twenty Four Hour Party People'.
"We're thrilled to be heading back to Australia. The fans there have always shown us so much love, and we can't wait to give them a show they'll never forget," Shaun says.
These will also be some of the band's first live show since founding member and longstanding bassist Paul Ryder died in July 2022.
