Country music festival Groundwater returns to the Gold Coast this October, with a stack of country music stars ready to hit the stage.
The event has more than ten years of performances under its belt, meaning audiences can be sure they’re going to be treated to a good time once again.
Australian country queen Kasey Chambers will unleash her musical talents on to Groundwater punters, and she’ll be joined by an impressive array of talent like Canadian singer-songwriter Tim Hicks, American country music legend Jim Lauderdale, and GRAMMY-nominated act Gord Bamford, from Canada.
There are plenty of our own hitting the stage too – the ever-popular Shannon Noll, multiple Golden Guitar-winning duo Felicity Urquhart and Josh Cunningham, Taylor Moss, Josh Setterfield. . . Plus, rising stars Max Jackson and Sweet Talk, and local Gold Coast performer Emily Grace Taylor.
Groundwater’s not done there – Aussie country music stalwart Adam Brand joins the fun, as do the sensational Jess Moskaluke (CAN) and new country convert Ella Hooper, performing The Linda Ronstadt Show.
“There’s nothing like Groundwater! It’s something pretty unique to be blasting out country music in the middle of the holiday strip right on the beach,” Adam Brand says. “Oh, and did I mention it’s totally free?! Does it get any better?”
Jess Moskaluke will dazzle country fans with her magnetic presence and powerhouse vocals. She’s been blessed with powerhouse vocals and infectious energy, and will be bringing hits like ‘Cheap Wine And Cigarettes’ and ‘Kiss Me Quiet’ to the Gold Coast.
The Linda Ronstadt Show featuring Ella Hooper is also sure to be an unmissable moment for the year. It’s a tribute to a trailblazer, taking audiences back in time to relive the magic of iconic ’70s hits, as the essence of Linda’s diverse musical journey is captured by Ella.

Also joining the line-up are Australian bluegrass duo the Davidson Brothers, the incomparable Melanie Dyer, Abbie Ferris, Route 33, Col Finley, Will Day, Open Season Band and Matt Ward.
Groundwater Country Music Festival (Gold Coast) takes place from 18-20 October and is free.
