As the release of their second album ('On The Wall In The Morning Light') nears (8 July), indie favourites Great Gable will embark on a 13-date national tour.
Set to play Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, Coffs Harbour, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Byron Bay, the Sunshine Coast and their home town of Perth, the guitar-driven quartet recorded 'On The Wall In The Morning Light' at Matt Corby's Rainbow Valley Studios."New album! New tour! Seeya there?" exclaims the band.
Great Gable's success has been a slow-burn, fuelled by a constant stream of new music and a steady diet of touring that has seen them support the likes of Ocean Alley, The Jungle Giants, Thelma Plum and Psychedelic Porn Crumpet as well as perform at string of music festivals including Groovin The Moo and Falls Festival.
The new record features the singles 'Dancing Shoes', 'Hazy', 'Another Day' and 'Our Love'; the band recently covered Owl City's 'Fireflies' for triple j's Like A Version.
