English folk singer, songwriter and activist Grace Petrie brings a charm offensive to Australia for a tour in early 2020.
Hailing from Leicester and self-described as a "socialist, feminist, lesbian, left-wing protest singer", Grace has been writing, recording and touring relentlessly for ten years, winning an army of loyal fans along the way.
Grace's unique takes on life, love and politics, and the warmth and wit with which they are delivered, have won over audiences across the alternative, folk, political and comedy scenes, including on recent support dates tour own Hannah Gadsby. She released her ground-breaking album 'Queer As Folk' in 2018.
Starting in late February in Newcastle, Grace will play selected east coast theatre shows as well as Port Fairy Folk Festival and Blue Mountains Music Festival.
