Golden Plains Music Festival 2025 Line-up

Now in its 17th incarnation, Golden Plains Music Festival returns to Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre in 2025 featuring a mouth-watering line-up of indie delights – international, national and local.

The class of 2025 is led by alternative queen and two-time Mercury Prize winner PJ Harvey ('Down By The River', 'This Mess We're In' and 'Good Fortune'), who returns to Australia for the first time in eight years.

The new bards of Old Éire, Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C. ('I Love You', 'Starburster') will also trek to Golden Plains alongside Soulwax masterminds David and Stephen Dewaele who bring their 2manydjs set, Melbourne experimental post-punk quartet Wet Kiss, and American contemporary R&B, soul group Durand Jones & The Indications ('Sea Gets Hotter', 'Is It Any Wonder?').

Then there's Miami's alt-pop duo Magdalena Bay ('Killshot'), psych garage rockers Osees ('Sacrifice', 'If I Had My Way'), controversial Irish rappers KNEECAP ('Get Your Brits Out', 'H.O.O.D'), American hip hop, jazz-rap artist Bahamadia (Uknowhowwedu') and Latin instrumental band Hermanos Gutiérrez ('Cerca De Ti', 'Tres Hermanos').



The sonic goodness doesn't end there either with the line-up also housing Australian pop-rock singer-songwriter Thelma Plum ('Homecoming Queen', 'Clumsy Love'), Australian alternative artist Grace Cummings ('Heaven', 'A Precious Thing'), Colombian electronic artist Ela Minus ('Megapunk', 'Dominique'), American folk band Bonny Light Horseman ('Deep In Love', 'California') and rising Queensland soul-R&B artist Jada Weazel.

"Meredith! See you at Golden Plains XVII next March 🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀 this line up is INSANE 🌠🪐🌞⛰️," shares Thelma Plum. While Grace Cummings is stoked to be part of the line-up. "See YOU in the Sup! How good!"

Adds Bonny Light Horseman: "Friends we are pleased as hell to share that we'll be folkrocking around Australia early next year! More info to come, but for now we'll be at Golden Plains festival in Victoria. . . Gonna be supernatural, see you down under 🐎🐎🐎."

Jada Weazel shares: "Pinch me! So excited to be playing at Golden Plains next year, I can't wait to sing for you 🤩."



The second round of the ticket ballot is open until 10:17pm AEDT on Monday 21 October. Being in the ballot means you get first crack at tickets.
